My play is out of the Vikings playbook.
I come out in
SINGLE BACK ACE TWINS
FLOOD

When I come out I look first for man or zone. If man I will audible to custom audible curl flat. I hot route TE(Shiancoe) to slant right. if he is covered I look back for WR(jenkins on curl) if he is covered I look for TE(Rudolpf, madden Gem at 6’6″). Usually I can hit Shiancoe in flat
If Def is in Zone I look for inside WR(Harvin) on the out if team has def player covering that zone area I look for Shiancoe over the middle
If Def doesn’t have a Left of screen LB/DB over the LT I will audible to run (which is inside zone) towards the RG. I will read MLB if he goes towards RG I look to cut back with Peterson. almost always 4-5 yards.
If I can read a Cover 2 zone I will audible to PA Pass (which is PA FL stretch). Harvin I will say is open 90 % of the time over the middle. with the vikings line sometimes I cancel PA if I think it is a blitz.
If I read a blitz I look to audible to deep pass (which is Smash) if LB/DB blitz from LOS, I look to hit Rudolph immediately. Rudolph’s height helps. I watch for a safety or lineman dropping to area. if they do I look for Harvin on corner route, it that looks bad I try to hit Jenkins on curl route in the flats.

3 headed running out of this formation.
I put HB toss in my custom audible, inside zone is already an audible in this formation. I will select HB counter than audible as I read the DEF or have a feel if the player I am playing is trying to stop inside runs.

Setup:
1. Show blitz
2. Move SS down a little bit so he doesn’t move by himself
3. Reblitz ROLB. ( i press Right Bumper than left on the RS )
4. User FS and cover running back or their first read.
