NCAA playbook and filmroom problem

When they came out with the college playbook and filmroom I bought them. When Madden came out I stop looking at them and have change the hard drive on my computer. I am now trying to go back and look at the playbook and the filmroom but I can not remember my user name and password. I can get into the Madden filmroom and playbook but not into the NCAA sites. Can I get a little help.
