Wishbone & Flexbone Tight Formations?

Does anyone one know which playbook in 2005 contains either or both of these formations?(Besides S.C.)

And has anyone tried running the wishbone tight in 2005? thoughts

well, unless you're dead set on playing online, your custom playbook will be able to accomodate this.
