i can find the player ratings for 09? like all of them.ive seen some florida players but is there anywhere i can see all the teams?

You can download a spreadsheet with the rosters of all the Top 25 teams here:

That's all the info available right now, as far as I know. People should start getting advance copies within the next week or so, so if there are specific teams/players you're wondering about, keep an eye on the various message boards over the next few days. Whenever someone starts an "I Got The Game!!!" thread, people inevitably start asking about player ratings.

Also, this topic really doesn't have anything to do with offensive strategies either. Try posting in the general forum and you'll probably get more responses.
