substitutions and audibles

how many audibles do we have at our disposal?,does every formation have audibles or did ea leave the universal system in? i ask this question because the guys at vc have created a sweet audible system that i think ea should have in all of its football games . and substitutions, are we going to be able to bring in our speed ,power,sure handed hb's and wr's and defensive players at the press of a button or go to the pause screen

They did add a audible "on the fly" just like in ESPN, you can change them in the huddle, but other than that the audible system is the same...you don't scroll through them like on ESPN. You can flip the run plays without changing the strong side though, pretty handy. And as far as subs, no there's no button to make subs in the huddle. I probably wouldn't use that as much as I would in a pro game anyway, where I might have Duckett replacing Dunn... in college, unless you're using an A team, you're not gonna have that deep bench anyway where it would be that useful I don't think. I guess a couple teams may have certain guys where it would come in handy though.

what is the best basic defense to play in 2005? in 2004 the 4-3 cover 2 was good.
