Straight, reliable coaches needed for PS3 league

Fellas,
JTrain and I are looking for some sim-style coaches for our first season of NLB on PS3. If I don't know you or haven't played you before, you'll need to set up a tryout game with myself or JTrain. We can do tryouts on the PS2 version of 08 or on 09 after it comes out. Here are the league forums:

Read the rules (they're in "Important Info") and if you think it's a good fit for you, shoot me a PM. The rules are obviously based on PS2 gameplay, so there will probably be some tweaks once we get comfortable with 09 and figure out what is and is not cheesy, but most of the stuff is pretty obvious. If it's something that works 90% of the time regardless of what your opponent calls, it's probably cheesy.

We were going to try to do both: a standard 16-team league and also a 12-team dynasty (all teams from the same conf) as a test run just to see how the whole dynasty thing works. I know you're legit, so let me know if you want in on either or both.

I don't think we have a specific date set, but probably pretty soon after the release. Personally, I'd like to take at least a week or two to get acquainted with the game before jumping into a season, but that doesn't mean we can't hold the draft pretty soon after the game is out. My guess is we'll draft the weekend of July 19-20 and maybe start the season a week or two later. Of course, that's contingent on all the slots filling up.

Last year I bought PS3 and PS2 versions and never successfully got an online matchup to connect with PS3.

I need clarification on how the dynasty league will fare. I have never played dynasty mode. Do you just sim all games except for against real coached teams?
M-dub or anyone, please provide a link to online dynasties if you can find one.

Yeah, hopefully we'll have started by then, but feel free to sign up for the site anyway and add your name to the waiting list. You know someone will quit soon enough. It's inevitable. I think Avenge is going to join us later on as well.

I don't think we've ever played, but I can see you've been here a long time, so I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. However, I would hope that if you sign up, you'd be willing to stick with the dynasty for at least a few seasons and not just use us as a "trial run" or something.
