For starters recognize who your best run blockers are and look to run the ball behind them. Also, take advantage of the Match Up Stick to see what players are vulnerable and are rattled. If I spot a defensive linemen low on composure then I'm going to attack his side of the line.

I'd suggest checking out various rosters to see what teams have solid run blokers on the offensive line. Nebraska, LSU, USC, Maryland all have solid run blocking offensie lines.

I use Auburn in my dynasty and we really don't have a good OL this year. But use HFA and the matchup stick to find the weak part of the DL. Problem is the weak D-lineman is always backed up by a completely amped LB. However, the Cadillac is one of the most agile backs in the game. If he gets shut down, go with power and use Brown or Stewart. Tre Smith is more like the Cadillac, not very powerful but elusive.
On a side note, if you use Auburn in your dynasty, try to sign a good QB after ur first year. Sullivan, Luke, and Cox just doesn't have the accuracy. Personally I think they underrated Cox. I've seen him and he is much better than Luke. Of course I'm comparing Cox's performance during scrimmage to Luke's in high school.

Another team to try (here comes the homerisms  )
West Virginia....they have 6th ranked Offensive Line and have some solid RB's behind them in Kay Jay Harris...6-4 225lbs...he's a 90 spd. Also a Quick QB in Rasheed Marshall...he's a fast option QB with a decent arm.
