I am not as familiar with the college teams as I am with the NFL. Lately I have been looking for a team with decent scrambling QB to go along with my west coast offense. So far I have only found Syracuse with QB that has a speed of 78. Are there any others out there that you guys can think of?

Michael Vick's brother, Marcus, plays for Virginia Tech -- #5. Vincent Young on Texas is also really good -- I forget his number, but he's the starter. Brad Smith from Missouri can move, too.

The best scambling QB's you have to go with Brad Smith of Missouri and West Virginia's QB.
I cant stand Vick but I do like Vince Young

I play with Wesy Virginia and their QB Rasheed Marshall is fast. 76 speed I think ( it could be higher ). He is a beast on option plays and WVU is one of top 25 teams in the game.

if im not mistaken, marcus vick has a speed of 88, so if you want to scramble a lot, then you might want to go with him

#3 D.J. Shockley for UGA, doesn't start, so you'll have to put him in, has pretty nice ACC also i think he's an 88 OVR

I tried all of the suggested and I think I will go with Texas. I love his size, speed. The acuracy is good enough for me b/c I wont be throwing deep very often. Thanks for the input guys.
