Come on, It seems they have made PA, a little ridiculous... If you have an effective running gm, yes it works great..But you got guys using it every down...Just throwing it up because they have no gm....I know last year yall were all pissed at winslow 81 catching between 4 defenders, but now it's worse...You got every reciever catching balls that should be incomplete or picked!! I have also noticed, the only effective run play is a cheesy game flaw that everybody has picked up on........I'm not gonna mention what play, but the secondary stands still watching the rb run....just my 2 cents

You can stop PA by blitzing

lol mac you just need to use better coaching, eating you up with playaction passes, blitz outer linebacker and sack qb... its too easy to stop pa if you know its coming

and stoping the run, come out in a 4-4 or some run defense, beleive me, your team wont just stand there unless there composure is gone completely

I play online all the time. yes it is hard to stop but you have to manually blitz and hit the QB its that simple. if you think its play action take a LB and hit the QB.

I run them out of the shot gun sets. but last night people were throwing it out of the I normal, Ace Slots. but once i figured out that was all they could do I set up with a backer and my main objective is the QB if he hands the ball off then i give up a few yards but not an 80 yard TD that takes my team out of the game.
Once i blew the play up a couple times they abandon it.
It is hard to defend it playing coverage, you have to play zones and blitz.

Is this the Wr option out of the shotgun buch? their is one where you hand off the the reciever and all the other recievers run passing routes and the db's follow them giving you plenty of running room plus a HB trail you.

I know exactly what play he's talking about and while I'm working on the defensive section of the virtual playbook later next week I'll spend some time finding a scheme to deal with it. :) I plan on eventually posting how to deal with it in the filmroom.

It must be the HB Option pass, the defense, when you pitch it to the HB you get chunks of yards. That is weird , when the QB is running up field the defense back pedals like you are going to pass it even though you are past the LOS.

you got it....Kinda cheap....I had a guy running it on both sides of the field.. And every time my db's stand still Until the rb get 20 yds....However, it can be stopped.....I thought it was a cheeze whiz play....You always got guys manipulating the gm, and not playing real football....

Yeah it is kind of cheap, but stoppable. Its really weir, to have your QB running past the LOS, and the dB' are still dropping back like they are waiting for a throw, a little glitch EA missed.
