Ok guys I am working on designing my new D strategy for NCAA 2005 - I have seen a lot on the 3-3-5 and it has helped. What I'm wondering is if anyone is using the 4-2-5 as a base D.... can you give me some insight on how you use it?

Also if anyone is using a combo of the 3-3-5 and 4-2-5 I would be interested in hearing from you... My current plan is to run the 4-2-5, 30 stack and 3-4... manualy moving a LB onto the line or a DL off the line as a disguise for the D I call.

The unfortunate part about me taking on such an undertaking is without suggestions and help from you guys 2006 will be out before I finish, lol. As a father of 3 and a full time job I have so little time...

Thanks ahead of time for any thoughts you might share.

I would also like any info on these defenses as that is going to be my strategy on D as well. I have come up with anything yet, but will let you know if I come up with something.

I still run Bombers old 30 stack from 04 in 05 and have good success with it.
I would post something up on it but it may be considered cheesy or if I said I changed the 3-4 into a 3-3-5, that maybe cheesy or if I thought about doing it, it would be considered cheesy. LOL :D
That little icon looks so much me cuz I'm like half asian and he aint got no eyes!

audible down from dime to those formations to get more speed for blitzes.

Last time I mentioned about doing this and I got flamed for telling folks to do this and was called cheesy.
Its no different than subbing CB's for LB's or Lb's for DE's.

I like to sub in one of my slower OLB with a safety, if the OlB is slow, THIS IS OPTIONAL, and sub faster OLB's as ILB's if need be. I like to my three strongest DT's as the DENDs and nose tackle of course strongest of the three the NT.
