Filmroom Login Info

was just wondering what is the standard time to receive an email with the login information for the filmroom? i have purchased it through a package deal on the 20th. just wondering if the wait time is normally like this or do i need to do something before i receive info? thanks

sigh no reply no nothing... its been almost 4 days now... the only email i get is those lil newsletter updates from VG... comon ppl its been to long for waiting for login info for the filrmroom
