have anyone saw any helments fly off when you do a big hit on ps2 or is that a feature of the xbox verison

Last years and this years is a XBOX version only I think.

when I was looking at the ps2 screens I saw a flordia player hit a tenn player and flip him over is back I wonder how you do this do you have to have a really good player with a really good tackling rating?
