sounds like your tryin to gun the ball in there. it takes timing. you have to know the right amount of pressure to press on the button. sounds easy right? here comes the problem, it's different for ever qb. go into practice mode and try crossing routes. also, manually catching will help your WR's catch the ball.
try play action pass plays also, seems like nobody is listening to me when i say that, but i can't stress it enough. it will give you time to look downfield and see who to throw to while occupying the safties and line backers.

I think I have seen all of your posts stressing PA passes. lol Yes it works and gives you time to read the "D" but how often can you do this before your opponent or the computer catches on. In one post you said something about picking a book that has a lot of PA passes in it. Are you saying use it as your base passing system. I could see this working if you ran the ball a lot and then when you attempted to pass a majority of them would be PA. If I am missing your point please correct me.

hes right...it works and all but if you do it that much youll be getting a weakside LB up your *** every play before you finish the fake snap

fellas, relax, i'm not saying every play to use it, but you don't have to only use it on first down, it can be effective also on 3rd down and 4th down. you have to know which set to call it out of and where to anticipate the blitz. it doesn't hurt if you run the ball either. the pb i use, in every set there is at least 2 pa passes. couple that with the fact that i run a lot, but i also come out 5 wide on first down. guess it depends on your play calling also. i know what's workin for me. try calling some pa plays outta ace normal

What I am finding out is that I have to hit the Qb on every ply.... ( I like the sound of that...LOL) I normally manually control either an End or Lb... So I have found great success of slamming the qb on every ply he looks like he is going to pass...

Just making sure I understood what you were saying. I do use the PA pass and I usually complete about 4/5 of them. I usually wont call more thant 5 PA plays b/c I dont run a whole lot.

i can get most pa passes to work even against human opponents. you just have to be selective with your playcalling. i run the ball about 65% of the time from multiple sets.
the pa passes that i've found to be the most beneficial are the ones outta ace normal. this gives you a decent amount of blockers and if you recieve any heat it will be from the outside. throw to thte side the blitz came from usually

If u take a player and assign him to the QB on every down, the offense has just used the QB to effectively block that player. Even more incentive to run the ball. I think that kind of proves his point.
