I purchased the Madden 09 Virtual Playbook series and am extremely happy with the set. My question is, I would like to copy over the set from my laptop to my desktop computer as the screen there is much larger so things are easier to see. However, I'm not sure my license will allow for this. Can you please tell me if:

1) Can I copy over the books to my DT from my LT (I'm talking about the legalities here) and use them there?

2) May I move the books over (rather than copy) instead of #1 is not allowed?

Many thanks, and a great series once again.

I guess I'll take the no-response then as an, "It's ok to copy and run off a second computer" then? I'm not sure why the non-response, particularly for a situation where a customer is doing his utmost to comply in spirit and in law with the wishes of the program developers, but it does seem to be a problem area for VG. The product is terrific, the tech support all but non-existant (if it wasn't for Kobra, it would be totally non-existant), and I'm not taking my case only when I make that statement. Unfortunately, that will my decision on future purchases.

So, barring anything further I can find in writing to the contrary, unless I hear back on this directly from VG by way of this forum under this thread, I will work under the assumption that someone with a legally purchased & installed copy of the VG e-books, is entitled to copy them to a second computer (that belongs solely to the purchaser of the e-books) and run them from that location, as long as the program is not being operated from both computers at the same time. If I have not heard anything refuting this by way of response to this post by midnight (GMT) Monday September 8, then I will work under the assumption that there is no restriction to this action. I have read the help files associated with each of the purchased e-books and there is nothing covering this topic in those files.
