Game Rep most at 200

Are most of your game reps at 200. I have seen lower but not higher what is the high score.

I've seen 250 before. What's the deal with the rep. is there a place on the EA website to rate someone?

I think you have to go through your EA messenger on the server to give them a rating. Sadly, I see nothing for quitting, since somebody did that but didn't disco glitch.
