Recruiting glitch

Ok as you know from my other posts, I am in an online dynasty and something is going on that has me raise an eyebrow....

I am 12-1, and just won a bowl game. I have one 5 star recruit and the rest are all high mixture 2s and 3s and loooooooow # of 4s.

I was looking at recruit class and the guy running with Clemson is 2-8, and yet he has six 5 star recruits and the rest are 4s and few 3s....

How can a team doing soooo badly, be able to bring in such high class recruits.

I know it happens in real life, like UM's class this year, but being its a video game the question of glitch popped up.

According to DMac, some schools are just programmed to get get the best recruits. Does anyone if this is true or just a rumor.

I was told you'll get the high level recruits in the area that your school is known for. In your case, I remember you play with UM like me, so The "U" is now known for LB's and DB's, so I'm guessing that's where you'll get your 5's and 4's when recruiting???

I heard that from a friend, Im not sure but he plays Dynasty a lot.... With me it's hit and miss with recruiting. I'll go after a lot of recruits even guys that want to come to UM and will land usually 1 or 2 5's or 4's usually I get alll the 3's and 2's I go after.

I think you should go by the strength of the school prestige-wise instead of record-wise. Like if you have a 6 star program vs a 4 star program.

I'm not sure what Clemson's prestige rating is (I doubt its above a 5 star program), but with a 2-8 record they will certainly lose a star by next season.

I would think there is something fishy going on as well.

I don't know if anyone knows how to catch someone in the act, but if you guys (you and the suspect) are following any of the same recruits make a note of, or write down, the scheduled visit dates for the prospects. If you know a recruit was scheduled to visit his school in week 4, then suddenly that recruit pops up to re-visit his school in week 9, there's a good chance he's glitching.

There's got to be a better way though.

There was a recruiting glitch that was fixed with the last patch i believe. The glitch let you bring a recruit in for multiple visits, thus strengthening your chance of getting a recruit. As far as i know now, the glitch has been fixed.

Most likely he probably was glitching to get those recruits signed its near impossible to do that without a 6 star school which clemson is not

It might be different for every game or system because LBs and DB are not coming to UM... WRs, HBs, and safeties. We are in year 3, and as of right now, I have HBs ranked 1-5 with UM as their #1 choice. Since Coopr left for the pros, I have been using McNeal....:(
