Coverage Audibles

ok I am trying to figure out something about coverage audibles. If you call Coverage Audible and press down is that changing to man? Or bump and run? If not BnR what do you do to change to BnR? In the book it just says Loose, tight, normal etc.

on m2m, pressing down will bring your guys into BNR. i'm not sure it does in zone, i believe they just play tight

it doesn't put your guys in man though if you are playing zone

There was a way last year to show BNR, but actually the defenders dropped back in coverage, it was a good way of disguising your coverage packages.
