Refund question

Hi, I purchased my advanced ebook like 30 minutes ago and I didn't like the
layout of it and some of the plays... it said in the advertisment that in 14 days I was allowed to apply for a refund.
So could you please walk me through or grant me the right to have a refund...

Generally it takes 24-48 hours unless it's on the weekends.
