In theory it is a Wide open dynasty meaning you can pick any team you want, but I am capping the conferences to 2 teams. The ACC is closed right now because Miami and FSU were taken. Big 12 is closed because Oklahoma and Colorado are taken.

We advance everyday at midnight, but on the weekends I try to advance 4 times (twice on Saturday, twice on Sunday)
We do have 4th down rules.
