I need to know if something (video playbook) is coming in the mail or if i can log on right away and watch what I purchased through a secure website. There is nothing said or written on your website regarding this matter after payment was complete. Anybody know anything helpful?:confused:

Yeah, i've been to both websites and as of yesterday the first link to the steelers playbook was accepting my username and pass, but it stated I had not purchased anything. As of 1100 hours today the site is working for me, accepting my username as pass. I still havent recieved a trouble shoot call back or email from the support center, but as I stated.....the site is working for me right now, so thanks for the replys Kobra.

p.s. : the site does look good so far.
