Custom Playbook + Custom Packages

Hey everyone I just got my copy of 05 and went to go make my own playbook when I realized I also had to make my own custom packages. After doing both I started a game and the packages didn't seem to have registered at all. After experimenting a bit I found that they work with the pre-set playbooks but I could not seem to get them working with a custom playbook. I was wondering if anyone else encountered this problem and/or a solution. Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.Custom playbooks will not allow for custom packages, nor will they let you use the new formation shift feature.
