Can guides be used for PS2 version?

I see that the guides we can order are geared towards the xbox360 and Ps3...are those versions that much different from the PS2 madden? Or can I apply those same strategies towards the PS2, which is what most of my friends and I use.

To answer your question about the guides it would be very hard to try the stuff that you are able to do on the nextgen system with the guides on the pastgen system. Even thourgh you may try the action that they describe and how the play is suppose to take place it wont come out as accurate or correct and this will leave you scarcthing your head or very angry that it is not working the way it is supposed to. It is a shame but all the help that is being giving is to the nextgen user and the pastgen is being left far behind. So friend dont waste your money just take the time and labb on both sides of the ball . Also if you play in personal battles watch and read your opponet. Everybody dose something both offensely and defensely that you can pick up on, say for instance a guy runs slam plays from i formation on first down or throws to his favorite reciver on 3 downs or plays that he has to have a pick me up to keep his offense going. There are things in the game to watch for so as a player you have to take the lead as to what might become open for you to use. Again it all in the game. im out alc
