Do a search for Duckfan, and look to see if he has something in the dynasty mode thread, or any other NCAA threads. This guy knows his $h*t, you won't believe what he comes up with

I'm using UTEP, they were horrible when I took over, but the thing about them is that the location and prestige work well with them. Duckfan recommended to look at other schools the kid was interested in and see what they have in common with your school. Obviously with in state kids it will probably be prestige of program or location, out of state will be program prestige, coach prestige, playing time, in that order, [I think]. For me I always push play time on out of state kids, but in state I go location first, then program prestige, then I work it through all the variables. If your kid wants to go to ohio state and florida, I would push program then coach prestige before I went play time. You have to also check and see what the comments are for the following weeks are, if they say the location is big, then only push the location and dump more points, if they say that they were amazed that play time wasn't a big deal, pick another thing to push. I also try to only wager, a good term for it, around 8 points a guy at the beginning and add more points as they are available
