Kobra,

I placed an order for the Steelers video playbook and the Defensive playbook for Madden 2009 around 7p.m. EST. I only received access to the Defensive Playbook but not the Steelers playbook, eventhough I paid to get both.

I put in a ticket to the helpdesk to get this taken care of. How long will it take before I hear from someone about this issue?

Not sure if Jon will be in the office today, but I will check with him to see if he is answering support tickets.

It's there now. Jon sent me an email verifying everything is now in working order.

You guys are the best. The vids are awesome. Keep up the good work.
