Partisan politics aside for a second...

Now Obama is the 1st African-American President and if he goes down as one of the best or worst Presidents regardless should he be honored with am actual coinage, dollar bill or Memorial in D.C?

I would push for the coin or dollar bill but I think it would be to hard to bring a new amount of money into circulation unless it was like a 15cent piece, 40 cent piece, $30 bill, or a $70 bill.

It's really going to depend on the legacy he leaves behind after his tenure is over.

The Franklin Mint has already put out a commerative JFK-back half dollar and stamps, i saw this commercial the other day > https://www.obamacoinonline.com/Default.aspx

I think he should be on the face of each and every food stamp.

That would suit his legacy best. ;)

wow...too bad food stamps arent real stamps. its a debit card, so have obama's face on a debit card like some Capital One s**t...

u kno its sad supdog because i dont think there will be one thing that you will actually support from this President. You will be highly depressed for the next 4 years and that saddens me.

It is as simple as this-- we simply have different definitions on what "good" is. Sad? Me? No, angry at how stupid this country is? Angry at how Osatan and the dems are going to destroy life in America as we know it? Yes. Angry because Big governmet destroys lives and you and your friends are in delusional "I love Obama land" too much to see it? Yep.

Anyway, my answer to your question is the only logical one. You set yourself up perfectly.

The sad thing is that I am right. Food stamps will best represent what this clown will bring to the country....."Nanny State" anyone? It is shamwful that people would support someone who wants to make people lazy and depressed for their entire lives in the name of "compassion", etc. When in reality, it is all in the name of power.

I will give you everything you need, just get out and vote for me and my party ever two years. Yeah, there is some integrity for ya, no? Wow.

Anyway, my answer was a masterpiece of wit, intelligence, and perfect timing! Thanks for the set up!!:)

Supdog brings the funny once again!

But don't worry, no one will acknowledge my skillz. True appreciate of wit does not exist on a board where 99% of the visitors are Obamabots. I'll be happy if I am not called a racist! :)

First off its not funny because you can't read...obviously. The initial post said and I quote

So if he's not the best president or even the worst of this lifetime, and he would have big shoes to fill...*cough* George W. Bush *cough*...should he be acknowledge with a piece of coinage, memorial or dollar as being the 1st African-American President? (It's a yes or no question, i know the simple things are so hard for you die-hard conservatives to understand.)

And your answer wasn't a piece a masterpiece because you are actually an idiot but we let your retarded a** think its cool...i need you to know that since food stamps aren't stamps at all but its a debit card that having his face on a government issued card would suit me fine because in essence the government would be handing out money with Obama's face on it regardless.

But if you want his face on stamps im sure the United States Postal Service will take care of that for you in about 5-8 years.

No, he should not be honored with anything simply because he's the first black President. I refuse to say African-American, because you are either African or American...just like I refuse to say Asian-American, or British-American...or how about the blacks in Europe...are they African-British...or African-French...anywho, back on topic...

The Obama campaign since the beginning has said that this election was NOT about race. If that is true, then we shouldn't be commemorating it based on race.

Im' sorry, I just didn't take you question too seriously. I mean, you ask if we should waste tax dollars on coinage of a memorial, even if the president is the worst in the history of all presidents (and yes that is likely), how would anyone take that seriously? Really Sarge.

I though with such a ridiculous question *cough* your question *cough* (see how silly that is? ;)) that tongue in cheek responses would be acceptable (although mine was only half tongue in cheek).

Anyway, you were right about the food stamps now being free food cards. Congrats.

Obama on a Free Food Card, that would be my vote. :)
