Moss was pretty much held in check, I didn't really look his way much. Big difference was points off turnovers, as Ravens was able to score TDs with my miscues and I didn't convert his turnovers into touchdowns. GG man.

Talk about returning the favor!!! After the Bears blew out the Redskins 35 - 0 in the first round of the playoffs the Redskins returned the favor by shutting out the Bears and winning the first round of the playoffs.

Here's a the game summary:

The Redskins get the ball to start the game and on the their second play of the game Eli Manning throws an interception that was batted around a few times and hauled in by N. Barnett.

The xxShowstopperx Bears took over on Washington's 43 yard line in great shape to put in the first points of the game. However, Lokko had different plans and makes a GREAT magical leaping user catch by his linebacker Willis to pick off Brady on the Bears 2nd play. Talk about a momentum changer!!! I couldn't beleive he was able to get over there that quickly. You will notice Brady had a little tunnel vision because his RB Sproils was WIDE open over the middle for a potential TD. Willis rumbles for plenty of yards after the pick and takes it all the way down to the Bears 8 yard time. Check out the little juke move by the big man :D.

Washington took over looking to score and score they did with a quick pass out to the flat to J. Stewart. The Bears were sitting all over it but he makes a great juke move to take it to the house. He sure didn't look like a rookie with those moves. Redskins up 7-0 in the first quarter.

The Bears next possession they drive it all the way down to the Redskins 39 yard line and then Brady makes a terrible pass to B. Marshall that was suppose to be a bullet pass, instead it was a lob pass. The Redskins DB's make a great play batting the ball around and eventually Cromartie pulls it in and takes it all the way to the house. No doubt about that one! Redskins up 14 - 0 in the second quarter.

The Bears frustrated and determined to score drive the ball all the way down to the Redskins 18 yard line looking to cut the lead in half. Sproils (who has been fumble happy lately) and just pulled off a 10 yard run fumbles the ball on the 8 yard line with 1:56 remaining in the half. Any guess who recovered it? No other than A. Cromartie again. No madden love today...lol. Great defensive stop! In my option that fumble sealed the deal.

Eli and the Redskins drive the ball down to the Bears 32 looking to add a FG before the half but the Bears came up with a BIG sack to force them to be content going into the half leading 14-0.

The Bears got the ball to start the second half and went 3 and out. Then the Redskins went 3 and out punting back to the Bears. The Bears drive the ball down the field again to the Redskins 43 yd line and are forced with a 4th and 7 decision. They go for it and Sproils drops the first down pass turning the ball back over to the Skins in the 4th quarter. The Skins drive the ball down and miss a 43 yd FG attempt giving the Bears new life. The Bears drive the ball all the way down again to the Skins 36 yd line and Brady gets sacked forcing another turnover on downs. You had some good pressure coming Lokko. That was basically the game because the Skins took over with only a minute left in the game. B. Westbrook took a pitch to the outside, knowing the Bears were getting desperate, and took it to the house for a final score of 21-0.

Great game Lokko. The breaks just didn't go my way in this game and you had some critical forced turnovers. Not going to win many games with 3 picks and 1 fumble, for 4 total turnovers. BS already wit season 2.. Almost forgot he score wit the direct snap to the HB.. I thought that wasnt allowed??

Started out quick but, the game became a defensive standstill, with ALC pulling it out in the end. It was my first game with what I'm gonna call the "Air Force", so There's still some things I gotta do to make sure everyone gets the ball.

This was a good defensive game. I got a TD in the end to finish it off but it was within a score most of the game.

We both threw a couple of early pics and then I was able to rush for over a hundred and control ball and clock in the second half.

That's why I think next year we should change it to 6 min quarters and then we can't have any issues arise with "milking the clock"

Some may say to be patient but with the top WR's corps in the league, anything other than a title is bound to be a disappointment...... Rumor has it that he could be traded as soon as next week.

Rivers once again has a horrible game with 2 INTs and a lost fumble. Although he connected with Mega on a 53 yard bomb, it took the whole quarter to get there......

I have made it very clear before that I have no problems with someone running a spread set all game such as the 5 wide receiver set. Now, the rolling out for the simple purpose of baiting the safety to follow the QB so that you can hit the post behind him, that's banned. Yes, there is a counter for it but Book has already made the rule about that. I agree that the rollout can easily be stopped. I don't have a problem with people rolling their QB out because thats part of the game but to only do it for the purpose of baiting the safety is banned.

Im sorry but if you are gunna leave moss one on one i throw it. You played 46 the whole game which is horrendous against the pass cmon if you came out in nickel or dime and had two deep safteys the deep ball wouldnt have been there. I dont force it though. xvegascowboyx held him to one catch on 3 attempts. It be cheese if i ran back 10 yards every play and threw bombs but i didnt i hit short underneath routes and threw an option screen when you put your whole D in zone. If you cant figure out that throwing screens against zone is extremely effective thats not my fault and i only threw it 2 times a drive although i could have thrown it every down because all you do is one zone play , i decided to change it up and only throw two a drive.

Your not gunna beat me lineing up 5 wr and running backwards 20 yards isnt gunna cut it against me, nor will ONE defensive play. Ill lab with you vegas444 im not mean spirited, I just get mad when people do the 5 wr run backwards thing and you did this from the first play to the last play and started no huddling every play when you were only down one td.

I dont want him booted, this game can be frustrating, ive been in that situation and its not fun. but like i said im down for labbing with you and ill show you how to stop everything i did.

PS: stop making stuff up BOLDIN lead my team in receptions and in total yds. not MOSS. I threw three deep balls to moss and 4 to boldin (i know its confusing because they are both 81) randy had 150 yds, 60 of which came from short routes.
Boldin had 300 yds. because he tore you up short the whole game and connected with one deep ball when you left him one on one with that slow saftey. hester had 80 yds. on 9 screens thats not cheap you dont have a solid understanding of defensive playcalling so i was able to exploit that because 90% of the time you were in 46 with no one in the flats and no one manned up.

Two more things, if you dont want us to run up the score then change the tiebreaker. last season someone missed the playoffs because they had less total points than someone with the same record. In the future the tie breaker should be who won head to head and if its a three way tie let the points come into effect. I run up the score because he was a huge cheeser and if someone finishes with the same record as me then im doing everything i can to get myself the advantage in the tiebreaker.

Here's my final statement regarding moss and Boldin. It is a part of the game and they are the most dangerous part of my offense. It's not cheesing if i stay in the pocket and hit them deep if they are in one on one coverage. People like al10c and others have shut down the deep ball because they understand defensive playcalling, im not listning to anymore complaints about how its cheese if i hit them one on one, its not like im forcing it or making rediculous catches in double coverage because thats just not true.

Here's some tips if you seriously cant figure this out:

- start to notice the formations in which im throwing these deep routes
- set your audibles so you have a play that can counter it
- bump coverage and have your safties deep, this will screw up the timing as well as provide double coverage if they do go deep
-DONT USE A DOUBLE PLAY (ex. double x, double slot ect.) Plain and simple it will get torched
- Finally the biggest one USER DEFEND, i cant tell you how many times you guys let the computer try to bat the ball down for you, i will user catch that all day, pick up the sticks and work on user defense that how i get so many picks, Im not amazing a t playcalling but i got crazy stick work and it makes up for that.

I agree with AL10, the more active league members we have that get their games in and play by the rules the better the league will be.

We all had to start somewhere BDawk. I just started getting into Madden on last years game. I was playing people online and getting butt kicked up and down the field. Since I am a very competative person (most madden ballers are) I dedicated myself to reading up and then I came upon this site. This site has really helped elevate my game along with doing my own labbing and researching football strategy. Its crazy how addicting this game becomes!!!

We had this problem before, it was posted in one of the other threads when I get home I will post a link to the right thread. But the game should be replayed from the point of the disconection, same score and same player with the ball at the same spot or close to it.

The Bears pull this game off at soldier field. The Bears were off to a 10 to 0 lead at halftime but in the 3rd quarter the Cowboys had a long clock controlling drive for a nice TD. However, the Bears were able to move the ball down field and finish out the game with a final score of 10-7.

I dont know what happened man? Did your internet drop or ? Its funny that right when I hit the TD to Moss to get within 3 the game quits. You were still winning by 3 with 3 minutes to go. I had to select the quit with win because I didn't want anyone to think I quit the game or did something weird.

Ok, last night when I was playing you my internet connection was completly lost due to ISP problems and I couldn't get back online to let you know what happened. Ok heres the deal:

I was up in the the 4th quarter with 3:30 left in the game by 10 points. It was 3rd down and long and you had to the ball at your own 20 yard line. You go back to pass and then the game freezes and says my connection to my opponent has been lost. At first I thought maybe something other than my connection was the problem, so I tried to message you to only find out the my message won't go through because I'm not online. I tried for about 45 minutues to get my internet back up to no avail.

So this morning I wake up and sign online and find out that you ACTUALLY SAVED THE GAME AND GAVE YOURSELF THE WIN. Here is your message from last night:

"I don't know what happened there. I had moss 4 the td. u were still up - I had to select win to prove it wasn't me that quit we wil have to run it back if guess that sucks"

When the froze your QB was dropping back, not sure where the TD to moss came from but i assume it happened later on in the play.

I agree - it completly sucks! Since its my internet connection that went out, I am willing to play the game over with you. However, I do not agree with you giving yourself the win. I would of simply told you it was my connection and not you quitting the game. Give me a little more credit than you giving me, ok?

I don't know of a way to clear the game now that you saved it! Unless you know of a way, this game will be forever screwed up because you decided to save the game instead of simply replaying it! :(

I just simulated this with Lokko and you will get your same team. I created a league and then had Lokko join it. Next, I ran the draft and had him look at his team. I removed him from the league and then invited him again and he came back in and selected the same team name (cowboys in your case) and was given the same team!

Testing results indicate that you will get the same team. I am going to delete you from the leauge and then send you an invite again. Obviously just make sure you choose the same team name.

Don't look now but the Bears are off to a hot start in 360 Sim Standard League with a 3-1 start. The Bears have taken down some pretty tough competition in Lokko, Booker, and now Primetime.

The Bears had control of the game from the start by taking the early touchdown lead. At one point before the end of first half the Bears had a 21 point lead but with 20 seconds in the half the Patriots throw a screen to C. Johnson who somehow dodges three defenders and turns on his jets for a 70 yard TD to cut the Bears lead to 2 TD's.

The Bears start off the second half by driving in the Patriots redzone but Brady throws a terrible INT giving the Patriots new life. I'm still not sure why Brady thought it was necessary to throw it so quickly with only a 2 man pash rush.

In the 4th quarter the Patriots offense consisted of calling the Shotgun Dbls WR Screen 7 times in a row trying to overcome a 2 TD deficit. He would even get fansy by manually playmakering him on a slant to throw off the man coverage. The Bears were able to stand stong and limit their success.

Bears off to a smoking start at 3-1. Bears promise to make this season very interesting.......

I messaged Primetime after the game saying "GG, screen was tough" and he doesn't respond. Sour?

Im not really to concerned. Hester was big but I still have Reggie Bush...lol

I did lose my nickel speed but its no biggie. If im complaining when my DBs are Aso, Hobbs, Ike Taylor and Laron Landry I have a problem.

At least we know what happens now. It worked for the most part. I just wonder why it left out my backups. It kept some of them like Warner but then took away my nickelbacks and WR and then added two kickers, Issac Bruce and some scrubby CBs.

That's a relief! Boy, I must say I really got sick of seeing that SG Dbls FL screen but at least I got some good practice against it!
