Hopefully you have a record of my account. I purchased the following NCAA items in the past.

I had them on my old PC, it was starting to die out on me so I copied these files onto my USB key and when my new Dell PC arrived I loaded them onto my new Harddrive. When I try and open them it asks me for the username's and passwords. I received them in emails a LONG time ago when I purchased them but I no longer have those emails. How do I proceed? Hopefully you have a record that I paid and if you could, please resend the emails with the usernames and password so I can access them.

Good luck trying to get Sir Bert to help you. I've tried for four months to get a refund of 27.00, and I've left plenty of emails to Bert and Kobra. I have yet to here from Sir Bert. I keep getting emails to buy things but nothing else pertaining my lost funds. I will never buy from them again.
