i forget the name of this formation but its the one where both backs are lined up behind the guards. all this dude did was he motioned the HB on the left side and as soon as he snapped the ball he would pass it to the HB and it would be an automatic 5 yard gain. i tried cover 2 press, man coverage, i pressed the coverage and i even tried to manually do it and he would still keep getting 5 or more.
here is a description:

i know they are hard to see because it starts as soon as he passes it, but like i said he gets in that formation where the HB is behind the left guard and the FB is behind the right guard and he motions the HB and throws a bullet to him as soon as its snapped. if it isnt a glitch how to stop it?

Its kind of a glitch. There is ways to do motion passing.Snugs flip and bunch wk are the most popular to do it out of.When you called a cover 2 on the first one you saw the corner bump the wr and the back was open.If you have a nickle back in a flat zone and no wr in the slot for the nickle back to bump you could highlight the HB and hope for the best.Maybe even slide the Nickle back out a little. The one true way to stop motion like this is cover him your self.I have faced this same thing and between the nickle back and me covering him with the nickle back i was able to get a pick. You have to play that stuff yourself for the most part.

I have had success with lining up a CB near the sidelines and putting him on a blitz so if he is throwing it right away usually the CB will be running right into him as the ball arrives.

Move your cover 2 corner somewhere so he doesn't bump the receiver. That should just be a click and pick right there. Use the same technique that you use to stop the bunch sets. Sometimes you have to move your flat route guy out some so he doesn't bump anybody. That way he just runs to the flats to make the play.
