Anybody have any tips on best defense to counter this with? I've recently played a few players who used this every time on 2 pt conversions. It seems impossible to stop, especially if they have a fast quarterback.

Honestly, that scheme is an itch to defend if they use the "Regular" package out of 5 wr, and have a backup TE subbed in as starting FB on the depth chart....
