i dont think we should, all this trading and stuff would b a total waste for just 10 games.

We are not redrafting after this season. so don't go crazy, trade smart.

exactly, im trading for the future. my opinion on it is everyone most likely got 2 or 3 players on thier wish lists and nobodys team will ever be perfect so we might as get used to our squads and roll with them.

I wouldn't mind keeping our teams. I think it makes it more interesting keeping your team and trying to shape it to your style. However, we have to consider the following:

1) League on game is only set up for 1 game per opponent. If we use the reset league feature, will we have to redraft or will it reset back to post draft? We can test this out if noone knows. That answer will determine which approach we should take.

2) If we try to add people to the league later, they will have to take a team selected by the computer from the players available, right?

3) If people quit the league and/or get booted their players won't be available anylonger. The ongoing league could shrink as well making it harder to fill up the league with new members.

Thoughts?

i guess we could try to keep our teams as long as we can. at this point only the hardcore players are still playing madden. hopefully nobody gets booted , we have a good group here. lets just hope cryme tyme dosnt go TO on us again lol j/k....

Don't worry, I am going to take him under my wing. He needs a Big Brother.

I did not think we can keep our teams, can we? What I mean is that its not a true franchise set up for the online leagues so there is no carry over like the good old days on the Ps2/Xbox. If I am wrong, then by all means I think we keep the teams we have. But, keep in mind that keeping your team may not be an option.

well if this is the case can the commish reset the amount of games to be played to the max(but still just play 1 each) and manually set up the playoffs?

All the regular season games have to be played before it lets you advance to the playoffs. That is one of the advantages of League Daddy is that we can set the league up officially through the site and just reset things within XBL so that people can play each other, potentially, more than once.
