from what I understand, you reset your original defense by hitting square and L2.

i just kept the audible button on the screen i mean just press square and let it stay on the screen until the qb stops dancing or the center most cases then call ur audible

It is a glitch that when a player on offense hits the formation shift audible a bunch of times before getting set at the line, it decreases the energy out of the defense, thus they run like they are stuck in quicksand.
