Im sure it would be an honor. You have to be diplomatic as much as possible, but some people have to be killed sad to say. Hopefully diplomacy opens that up to be resolved without violence.

If by fruit basket you mean, having talks with china to curb the supply of necessary things such as food, clothing, etc. This sin't gonna be one of those instances where everyone is gonna wanna talk. I don't think there's really much to be said. And I'd be more worried about Japan attacking Korea than China, they've pretty much been waiting for an excuse for years. Btw, the nuke that was detonated underground was like half as destructive as the one detonated in 2006. But, I, guess whats scarier? Someone with nukes, or someone with nukes that has no idea how to even properly build them.
