Lol, I was just reading this in the Boston Herald, lol. All this guy really had to do was go to court and explain what happened, but he didn't want to because he had a Bank Robbery charge. But seriously, it is his fault. He sold them to someone else, who destroyed them. He owes them money. He can't get some kind of disability or something?

Nope, state of massachusetts is making him pay. Brady probably didn't even know what was goin on with this guy at all. He more than likely called the cops and said, "I want my shyt back", but it was already gone, so, the polizzy had to press charges for the theft of the flower pots, yada yada yada. So, basically all Brady would know is that he'll be getting $333 a month for the next three months from the state, and that dude is gonna have to pay the state back anything he can't cover.
