go online in the game and try to access online franchise, it should ask you to activate with the code that's on the back of your madden user manual at the top.

then instead of sending the invite, which is gonna be a pain cause I'm gonna be off my ps3 most of today, you guys should search for NGML and join with the password which is the same.
