View Full Version : How long is the average response time ?

I emailed "email@example.com" a couple days ago with no word. I get a "Invalid COnfiguration, please re-install the Eguide" message anytime I try to open it. I've tried everything and I've written a couple emails with no response.

I feel ya pain dude. Ive got the same problem but my money gone out of my account within two hours of my purchase. But their hella slow with the customer service.

Can you guys send you names, email addresses and issues to me at firstname.lastname@example.org - I'll forward to the support team and Prima and make sure they get you guys taken care of ASAP.
Just as a side note, ordering is automatic, there isn't a guy sitting their taking your money and not getting back to you. Unfortunately we can't automate the customer support side (though you probably wouldn't want that anyway)

I accidentally had a duplicate transaction when I ordered season pass. I emailed the digital driver prima customer service, but haven't heard anything in about a week. I just want my paypal refunded or credit for one of the coordinator books when they come out. It happened when I accidentally put in a old email address when ordering season pass. I couldn't get a unlock code with the bad email address, so I just did it again with the right email address. Thanks,
