If the guy is only running a screen to his RB, you can always just grab a LB or defensive linemen and manually cover the guy. Get between the RB and the QB and you should be able to at least bat the pass down.
Generally the screen has to be thrown quickly, as at least two of the offensive linemen are moving over to block for the receiver, leaving only 3 OL and possibly a second back to block for the QB, which means that either A- the QB will have to throw extremely quickly, or B- the QB will roll out in the opposite direction or drop straight back to buy himself some time. You can take advantage of this by blitzing an outside guy (LB, DB) and manually dropping a defensive linemen into the area in case he throws and the DB or LB you have in the flats (or even a LB in man coverage on the RB) gets picked up by a blocker, though it's been my experience that the blockers generally won't engage defenders before the pass is caught and will let a single defender stand free right in front of the receiver.
