I would surely hope not, but at the very least it should be put to vote. I guarantee at least 80% will be against it.

lol yes we are. reasons are simple, it was implemented to cut down a lot of pre-snap adjustment type glitching with too many flips, hot routes, etc.
the negatives are:
- less time in game, mitigated by longer quarters, 8 minutes
- less time to read defense and adjust, you still have plenty of time to read and adjust on most plays. the only time you don't is after a penalty or change of possession, just like IRL.
positives are less flipping, less clock wasting/milking and simply sitting there on defense staring at the screen causing nausea and boredom.
once we play the first season we can discuss it in the 'offseason' and change it if we want to. we have to stick to something to start with and it was done with quite a lot of deliberation.

it doesnt help clock milking... inf act it REQUIRES you to run off 15-20 seconds every play.
what league has anyone ever complained of people glitching by flipping plays and audbling too much? no league i ever have been in has complained about this... and if we dont want it , we can make arule against it
with acc. clock you are rushed to pick a play and they have just enough to to motion1 WR and MAYBE hot route 1 guy.
we should vote, i mean for me acc. clock is unplayable

which is a big problem in online ranked games because quarters are only 5 minutes. this results in games with only about 20 offensive plays per team. totally unacceptable. This is why we're going to be using 8 minute quarters.

dont see why we cant vote, especially why like 80% of the people dont want it.
i dont like taking 10 false start penalties a game because i want to motion a WR

Yeah, some guys really do abuse the hot routing/motion. Building the same 3 route slant/drag/out combos play after play.
I hate acc clock with 5 min quarters but with 8 it may be tolerable.

I dont want it on either. I am sick of the rush to the line so I can motion one person and hike the ball with barely no time remanining.

Abusing hot routing/motion?????? LOL. You can't even formation shift in this game. Give me a break here.
You guys have to be kidding me. The accelerated clock is horrible, and if this were to go to vote the majority would vote it down.

With acc clock I can hot route all my players (maybe not 4-5 times each to confuse the AI). I have never felt rushed to pick a play, and sending more than one guy in motion would be a penalty last time I checked. If people wanna play cheesy bring it on I can cheese with the best of them, but if this league is suppose to be somewhat sim, why not use a feature that helps the league be sim.

this league is as far from sim as it gets.... accelrated clock = begging for cheese.
i call BS. i challenge anyone to be able to do the following:
call a pass play
MAke the HB Block
Send the WR in motion
Hot route a WR to a different route.
thats FAR from cheesing, multiple motion, a ton of flips, etc. all i did was set the protection, motiona WR, and change his route. very simple.
i cant do this unless i first call a time out. but hey i guess setting up protection and motion a WR is cheese?
if you think making the HB block is cheese then this league is one of those super duper sim leagues with a rule book 55 pages long

This is not Sim, how is it sim to be running the clock down on myself when I am trailing in the 4th qtr?
Why should I have to take a time out before the 2 minute warning so I can get a play off with 2:30 remaining?

Just getting to the line quick enough to motion a TE to the other side is hard enough. Then there is always that one second delay after you get there where you cant snap the ball. It takes like 8 seconds to motion practically.

because its cheesy to run a play within 30 seconds.

I play a lot of manipulators (cheesers online) since I find enjoyment sometimes trying to shut their crap down. Hurry up, do 3-4 audibles, hot routing guys like 3-4 times, reseting the play and sending another guy in motion so it confuses my CB and I have to manually move him back so a guy isn't running free. If people wanna play like that it's fine with me.
I know most people in this league don't play that way though. If we have half the league playing arcade Madden and the other half playing Sim Madden it's gonna make a lot of people quit.
I know this is extreme but the guys arguing for no accelerated clock have gone extreme as well. I can deal with either but I do like the benefits of acc clock and if people wanna run no-huddle all game they will think twice about it when their players start getting hurt or fumbling the ball.

You cant really audible unless you do run no huddle though. You cant motion in time either. It kills adjustment time before the snap. I need that time, I am not good enough to just run to the line hike the ball and find the open man. I need to look things over first. I cant come to the line look at the Defense and audible fast enough to really get set with less then 15 seconds on the play clock. If I take any time thinking about what play I am going to call I am going to be rushed the hike the ball when I do get to the line.
