off, it serves no purpose. the cons far outwiegh any pros. you can make almost no adjustments and have to rush to pick a play.

so sure it stops the 1 or 2 guys out of 32 who make too manny adjustments and audibles, but we could easily remedy that by making a rule vs flipping plays multiple times.

For the guys that are PRO-accelerated clock let me ask you something.

Let's say you come out in a pass play and you see the D is in Dollar or quarter 3 deep. You want to audible to a different set (using the same personnel, let's say SG Doubles on to ---> Sb Normal). Good luck hot routing even 1 offensive player to block. Don't you find it the least bit ridiculous that the accelerated clock prohibits you from doing that?

Additionally, If you pick a play with 2:25 left before the 2 minute warning the clock runs out on you before you pick a play. That time right there is crucial especially if you're trying to get a quick score before the half.

Don't you find it the least bit ridiculous that the accelerated clock prohibits us from doing even that?

There really is no reason to have accelerated clock on. If someone can direct me to one single post in any madden league here on VG where people complained about too many audibles and motioning of WR's, ill shut up.

Doesn't affect me that much at all. I can hot route 4 guys in 2 seconds. If i don't want the 2:25 scenario to happen then I hurry-up back to the line and use one of my audibles.

I voted to leave it on cuz i hate when people flip the hell out of stuff before the snap. But it's not a show killer either way to me.
