can we have a rule to NOT accept delay of game?

i think with accelerated clock on the defense should be forced to decline delay of game penalties

I think that's fair, but if it happens a second time it's at the players discretion. When I play people on my friends list I usually decline anyways. Only time I accept is when I'm playing a cheeser.
