Just wondering if we got the outstanding issues settled or if there's anything else DJ might want to put out there before going into the draft....???

I believe since we're going the 'limit specific plays' route, we need to discuss banning that hb direct play, if we're banning all hb directs or just a certain one out of a certain formation in a specific playbook.. uhh, right. also any other limits to specific plays if people have issues.

also, we haven't discussed free agency much. and that's going to be a problem to manage. even if we put rules in place, it's going to be very difficult to police. Maybe at the very least free agent transactions should be posted in the forums? somehow they should be announced.. or else people need to get used to looking at the league transactions page on the web or in OF itself.

What about players playing different postions? For example CB playing WR

We can make FA easy or we can make it complicated... lol.

IMO, we should hold a 1 round supplemental FA draft here in the forum after the league draft. It should probabaly go in reverse order of the 1st round of the league draft.

When an owner is up, he can decide to drop a player and pick one up or simply pass (if he is satisfied with his roster at that point).

After the supplemental draft, it's first come first serve for the rest of the season.

One rule we might want to think about is a deadline for FA pickups to deter any back door deals such as a team that's not going to make the playoffs dropping a stud for somone else to pick up immediately in lieu of something back the following season.

* Limit HB Direct play
* Free Agency
* Players out of position
* Clock Milking/Draining aka Wasting Time at the LOS
