Stealing the Draft - Superlatives from Day 1

NGML conducted 15 rounds of its Online Franchise Fantasy Draft on Day 1. XxSourDieselxX surprised the entire universe by auto-selecting LT Chris Samuels with the 1st overall pick. This altered the entire landscape of the draft, as MoneyMo then stole Adrian Peterson, causing more mayhem. Many believed that MoneyMo would select All-World CB Namdi Asomugha with the 2nd since it was expected that AP would go #1. However this started a chain reaction. At #4, djKianoosh happily selected Asomugha, even though word on the street is he was targeting former Trojan Troy Polamalu or the studly Patrick Willis. Wills dropped to Huntin at 7 as he cheered for joy.

This was not brilliant. I don't think he was on too many radars besides maybe 4-5 people. I wasn't planning on taking a QB till the late 20's. I wouldn't take Nate Davis until the 30's or 40's. Thizzloc basically made me take T Jackson by drafting V Young and J Russell.

i thought the 2 biggest steals of the draft were cutler and stafford.

cutler is the second best qb in the game. arm strength, PA, accuracy, decent spd, and just 25. he went in late round 2 i think after guys older and not nearly as good rating wise.

stafford went in round 5 or 6 after some real bummy QBs. stafford 21 great arm solid acc.

it cant be a great pick. because he could have gotten the same guy 10 rounds later. evenif he plays great with im, it still a reach and a half

Ray Rice....could be interesting or intriguing, or a little of both. As for the HBs still available in the 15th rd, he has pretty good speed and not bad overall stats. He is nothing too special, but he should be pretty good to work with. The left side of my OL is in good shape so who knows how it will all play out.

Tonight will be interesting to see who gets some more diamnods in the rough.

Freeman was a good pick. He was another one of the guys I was waiting to pounce on. I was just surprised QB's where going so high, live and learn I guess.

93 LOLB Aaron Kampman in the 4th round. I think that is a good pickup there.

well i had Cutler ranked as #1 guy for the CPU to pick for me, and the CPU fooked be all night long with guys i didnt rank....
