Depends on what you want to run. I'm not sure about KC's book with the pistol and how effective it is, but if you want the wildcat, then Pitt is your book. If you like the direct snap and the 2 back Shotgun, then ATL is your book.

I believe that Denver's playbook is better than all three of those playbooks for Philly.

That book isn't underrated at all. It is considered one of the best. The main reason I don't run it this year is because it is too similar to last year's.
