I've researched global warming myself. The dominant greenhouse gas is water vapor itself. When you take into account the percentage of man-made CO2 it has almost no effect in the grand scheme of things.

The whole idea of taxing on a progressive scale (higher percentages) is also in direct contrast to the constitution, let alone the case for income tax being illegal can be made. Maybe you should read up how the income tax started and what it was orginally proposed to be. something like the top 1 percent and only 6 percent of earnings.....yeah hows that working out for us?
