Gates, Owens, and Harrison (all 90's)

I am willing to part ways with Gates, Owens, and Harrison. Gates is 95, Owens is 91, and Olb Harrison is 97.

I need upgrade at DTs and DEs and Lbs. There's no upgrade over Harrison, but I want decent quantity in return for him.
Also, a speedy #2 or #3 wr would help.

I got David Girard...but looking for a speedy qb like Young, Russell, or Vick. If not, an upgrade for Girard would do.

I have Heath Miller already at TE 88spd i could trade back. I have Jay Ratliff 89ovr DT with A Potential I could trade. Dont have much at LB to give back for Harrison. Harrison is the one i want the most.
