the people who i PM'd have not responded back so we're prbly gonna start with 26...but i really want to get at least one more person in the nfc west and one more person in the nfc east so theres only 1 cpu in those divisions

give them a deadline. If they aren't in by then we can still start and do owner add-ins as we go for anyone who has interest. It's not like we're doing a draft and there may be people who want to participate in it.
