I am always wary on joining leagues in which I am going to get teams that blow. I don't want to lose interest in season 2 when all my players retire and my QB is Sam Smith 76 overall

I will take the 49ers clutch. What else do I need to do?

you need to log into your PS3, go online, then to franchises. Under there, should be a option to search or join a franchise.
