Defense for Cowboys

I'm currently using the Jets book with the Cowboys and I'm having good luck in stopping the run but I'm giving up allot in the passing game. I play in online league that doesn't allow any manual movement of players pre snap on defense so nano's can't be setup and I'm having a hard time at getting pressure with Ware and my Lbers. I use the Dt on defense, am I using the right kind of playbook for my team or is there another one? Thanks for any advice in advance.

I use the Jets D with the boys and shut down the pass with no problem. Looks like the league you are in is limiting what you can do with the book for sure, I'd get out of that league asap!

What's good! I use the Cowboys as well,and I just started using the Jets' defensive P/B. Could you reccomend some "base" plays for the run and pass,just to give me a starting point?I want to begin using this p/b asap,but I need to have some start up plays to build off of. Thanks for the help.

There's no defense for using the Cowboys. Using them makes you a bad person.

I use the 4-6 cover 2 and 3 as my base D both speed and normal packages, some 3-4 and a sprinkle of the 1-5-5!

Has it been effective in stopping the run and the pass? Also, Who do you user control?

I use the 3-4 for stopping the run and more of the 4-6 and nickel to stop the pass! I user control an inside or outside LB most of the time and even a safety on some plays.

One thing i find effectivewith that is moving spencer to RE.
