I can tell you what I think the difference is. I don’t know that I agree that the nano blitz is a glitch. It’s a numbers game – you are bringing more defenders than the O-Line can account for to bring pressure. That’s how it works in real life too. And, when you are set up on offense, you can do things to nullify a nano blitz (shotgun formations, flat routes, scramble, quick passes, leave running backs in to block, etc…). However, with the field goal block and punt block, there are players who can execute a block on every kick which is not how it works in real life. There is nothing you can do to nullify this so when you are lined up for a field goal, extra point, or a punt you are a sitting duck. I definitely see a difference and I, for one, am glad we aren’t allowing it.

Once again, when someone perfects the FG Block, their is NO COUNTER FOR IT.....
We have the ability to counter Nanos with Line Shifting, Blocking RB's and TE's, throwing to the Flats, Etc..
Think about this- In the NFL the QB gets rid of the ball in 3 Seconds, so when you see those quick sacks in the pocket, they are getting sacked in like 1.5 to 2 seconds. Those are real life Nano Blitzes.
