Carolina runs a mean 3-4.

Carolina has run pretty much any well effectively.

- Peppers has enough speed to be a 43 DE and enough strength to be a 34 DE
- You have a fast MLB and a fast OLB
- You have enough speed in the secondary


Personally, don't use a regular 43 book if you are gonna go with a 4-man line. Go with either TEN (so you have the 44) or use 46.

I like Peppers at ROLB and Damione Lewis at RE. I also sub Tyler Brayton as my 2nd DT for his 78 block shedding, even though I mainly run a 3-4. I like having Peppers at OLB because of his speed; I played my friend once with him at the OLB spot and he had 2 pick-6 lol. The HB couldn't grab him, he's too fast.
