I use FSU in one of my leagues, but Im having a real tough time defending all types of run. What are good run stuffing defenses that will contain inside and outside rush. Thanks.

Just curious, what league are u in? As for the defenses, I like the making the "30" stack D out of the 3-4.

If you are not familiar with this type of defense, do a search if not we can help out.

Pressure, pressure, pressure. Most of the teams in real life are going to this mode of defense (as opposed to bend-dont-break), especially in the pro's.

Stopping the run game is a matter of numbers, if you have more guys than they have blockers, you're going to win the down 90% of the time.

So, get those blitzers in there. Bring the corners, safeties, LB's and the kitchen sink. And mix the blitzes up, don't call the same one or two every down. I primarily use 4-2-5, 3-3-5, Nickel and Dime, with 4-4 against teams with really good blocking. And I use pretty much every blitz package in those sets.

Yes, I give up some big plays on occassion, but not consistently, and in my dynasty my defense is ranked 1st in darn near every category (offense is near dead last, heh). I run a ball control spread offense so I chew clock and punch it in enough in combination with my D to win my games.

If you are better at the offensive side than I am (not really difficult to be better than me there), then the pressure D should really be a no-brainer.

I will say BUNNY is the same defense I run based on getting pressure on the Qb and Backfield. I do believe that pressure early in the game rattles most real plyers and puts them quick mode the rest of the game and keeping the pressure will usually break them.
